Preschool Parade Outfit: Starz sweatshirt, jeans, or black leggings. Poms Poms will be handed out at the parade.
Parade outfit (all others): red leotard, red skirt, tan tights, white tennis shoes, white gloves, red hairbow. Skirts are one size only so small children will have to pin skirts to the leotard. Our teachers know how to pin the skirt without bunching so if you need help please don’t be afraid to ask when you drop your child off.
WE ARE NUMBER 16 OUT OF 115 ENTRIES so as soon as the parade begins, be ready for us!!
REMINDER…this year’s Holiday Festival Parade in High Point on Sunday, November 18th at 3:00pm! STARZ will rent a room at the Townhouse Inn at 400 South Main Street. This is where we will gather to line up for the parade no later than 1:00pm. If you are late, the street may already be blocked off and you may not be able to get through to the motel. (You should approach via Elm Street, rather than Main Street, and you may have to walk your child to the motel from the corner of Elm and Russell.) At least one adult should be waiting at the end of the parade to sign out the dancers. We cannot let them go without an adult signing them out! Ms. Hunter, Ms Megan, and Ms. Mary Jordan will be waiting there with a sign out sheet. The dancers will turn right and end their performance at the intersection of North Main Street and Montlieu Avenue (at Walgreens). After dropping your child off before the parade, you might want to try to park somewhere near there or near Krispy Kreme. They WILL tow your car if you park in the Walgreens parking lot. See you then!
